I want to monitor my Network device Cisco Switch Router, and Mikrotik Router. Could you guide me step by step?

I see a ticket was created for this as well so we'll lock the thread to avoid duplicating efforts.
We don't have a step by step guide for pulling these values from these devices but I would suggest using the SNMP walk wizard to configure them:
