You can go to Admin -> Manage Components -> SNMP Trap Sender
uncheck "Enable SNMP trap sender integration"
Click Apply Settings

You might be able to stop trap sending on the DR box by going to admin, monitoring engine status, and disable the first 5 things under process settings, or just stop all with the top button... In theory that would stop passive check processing such as traps.

This would only be correct of you want to have the DR machine to not process any active to passive checks. I would not recommend this.

There is no way to disable this automatically on restore of backup.
