Dashboard issuse Fusion 4.1.5

Post by elade »

Hi,

I have an issue with the dashboard - open service problems.
The dashboard show me all the alerts which are in status unhandled and acknowledged.
I choosed in the dashboard to show only unhandled but it didn't worked.
I update the NOC dashlets from my older post in about the same issue but it didn't helped.
I need to see only the alers which are in status unhandled and not in acknowledged.

Can you please tell me what I need to do inorder to change it?

I labbed this up in 4.1.5 and it is ignoring the Acknowledged ones.

If you delete the dashlet from the dashboard and re-add it does it work properly?

Is it an XI server or a Core server that is still showing the Acknowledged ones?

In the Fusion I have only XI servers which I polled the alerts from.

It look like one of the components that displays that data did not get updated on the server, or the copy you installed did not have the changes done.
To update the component, login to the Fusion server and go to the Admin > Manage Components menu and click on the Check for Updates button.
If any of the components require updated, install then and the check to see if the dashboard updates and shows the correct info.

Thanks for the update. Bad news is that late yesterday, it was found that the NOC screen is not showing the correct status and it has not been identified on the cause so we will have to wait until the issue is found and fixed.
