[RESOLVED] Receive always alerts messages after acknowledge

Hi,
We have critical alerts made in acknowledgment but we always receive the alert messages after each check on our mail. I know very little about Nagios, someone can tell me on which configuration files to do the checks and changes.
With Nagios Core 3.4.4.

So are you saying you acknowledge an alert and then receive email notifications after the acknowledgement when the service has not recovered?

Yes, alerts continue to arrive after each check, which filled email.

I'm sorry but I'm new to Nagios. I do not really know his system files. Where can I find what you are asking for? Because I'm going around in circles right now.
