I do not know if it is correct to write in this forum, but at the email address [email protected] I have not received an answer.
I would like some information about the exam to get the "Nagios Certified Professional - Core" certification.
For example:
- How are exam’s questions structured?
- Where can I find exam’s examples?
- What is the minimum score to pass the exam and how are the points calculated?
- How long will it take to know the outcome of the examination?
- If you do not pass the exam, can you repeat it? After how long?

I registered for the exam, and I received the following e-mail:
"Congratulations on getting ready to take your online proctored exam with us! ..."
In this e-mail there are some links:
"At your scheduled exam time, simply return to http://nagioslive.onlineproctornow.com/ and select "Start Your Exam" to connect with your proctor. You will be required to have your webcam and valid photo ID to be able to take this exam.
To test your webcam, visit http://onlineproctornow.com/systemtest.php.
Both these links give the same error message "errore caricamento pagina - tempo per la connessione esaurito".
At the end the e-mail ends with the following phrase:
"Questions? please click here to chat with a Technical Support Team Member."
but trying to chat and after have accepted the terms and conditions, I don't have any answer.

I'm sorry, you must have filled out the form just before we switched systems, please re-fill out the form on the link above as there is a new process.

As suggested, I registered for the exam again, and I received the following e-mail:
"Thank you for your interest in becoming Nagios Certified.
Please proceed to the Nagios Examination Online website https://reg.testrac.com/sched/ where you can schedule your exam. Please note, you are already registered and can proceed directly to scheduling your exam using the information below:
Login ID: ....
Password: ....
(..)
Please let us know if you have any questions".
I wrote (on 12/11/2018) to [email protected] to ask for the same information, but I haven't still received any answer.
Can I do anything else to have information?
