Not able to receive notifications from Nagios except admin t

Hi All,

I tried to configure appteam to get the notifications from Nagios XI but they are not able to get the notifications from Nagios XI, however Nagios admin team able to receive notifications from Nagios Xi.

Help me in this case

How were the appteam users created? If they are just contacts and not linked to a XI user account then they are using different handlers. https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... Mailer.pdf covers how to configure XI so that contacts will use the same mail settings as XI user accounts.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
