Hi,

We have a test windows server monitoring 4 services.

As a test i shut the server down, waited for the host is 'down' email notification then booted the server back up.

The server has been back up for 1hr 25min but it is still indicating on the portal as flapping across all 4 services.

I would expect the flapping messages to disappear on the portal by now automatically. Is this normal?

It depends on the check interval as the last 21 checks are used in the weighted state transition
