Nagvis Backend Configuration

Hi All,
my backend configuration on Nagvis is correct, but still can´t fetch data from database. Can someone help me on this issue?

@rpatricio. Can you show us what you're trying to do and what kind of errors you're getting? Screenshots would work best.
