Hello All,

I have scheduled downtime window for the host/service but I am receiving Nagios alert during the downtime.

We are using Nagios version 5.5.1

Could anyone please provide the solution to correct the issue? Thanks.

5.5.2 resolves an issue where flexible downtimes would not trigger downtime starts. If you are running into this then it would be advised to upgrade and resolve it:

Also, to clarify, scheduled downtimes do not stop alerts - alerts will still be logged. Scheduled dowtimes will however stop notifications. I assume you meant that you are still receiving notifications, but it's an important point to distinguish here.
