From the login page the "Forgot your password?" opens https://www.domain.com/nagiosfusion/log ... forgotpass
Entering a valid username and clicking "send Password Reset Email" results in the following error:
Array ( [0] => This user is an AD or LDAP user and can not log in using local methods. Talk to your administrator to learn how to change your password. )
No reset email is ever received either.
- Nagios Fusion 4.1.6
- Authentication Type on all accounts is local, AD or LDAP has never been in use.

I have confirmed the bug, and resolved the issue and it will be in the next release.
If you would like to correct this immediately you can unzip the attachment and place in /usr/local/nagiosfusion/html
