No Ticket generation through Nagios

Hi All,

We are getting frequent connection lost between Nagios XI and Service Now.
Automatic ticket is created in service now if any alert is there on nagios .

But in past days we are receiving no tickets in Service Now

Kindly suggest any solution for the above.

We are getting this error message from the log file: /usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp/phpmailer.log
