Share Dashboards with other users

How can this be done? We created a bunch of dashboards but we need others to view them with their own signon. I'm having a heck of a time trying to figure out how this can be done.

Dashboards can be saved as a global dashboard to give everyone access to it or they can be exported, distributed to users individually, and then imported once they login:
