Error when apply configuration

Error messages Backend login to the Core Config Manager failed and Error: Contact 'name' has no service notification commands defined
will appear when apply configuration. How can i fix it ?

Go the the CCM > Contacts > Collin Leung > Alert Settings tab > Manage Host Notification Commands > select a command > Add Selected > Close > Save
Go the the CCM > Contacts > Collin Leung > Alert Settings tab > Manage Service Notification Commands > select a command > Add Selected > Close > Save
If Collin Leung is a "xi user" (added via Admin > Manage Users > Add New User), then you need to use
xi_host_notification_handler and
xi_service_notification_handler commands. If Collin Leung is a "contact only" (added via the CCM > Contacts > Add New), then you need to use
notify-host-by-email and
notify-service-by-email commands.
Apply configuration. If there are more config errors, you fix them in the CCM too as nagios cannot start/restart with configuration errors.
