Hi Team,

We have few servers which suddenly has changed to scheduled down time from maintenance mode. Till now it was showing 100% uptime but if now we check then its showing 82% uptime. And also in history we can see the comment logged by the user who is not working with us from last 3 months. PFA the screenshot attached.

Is that user's account still active under Admin > Users > Manage Users? Is it possible that someone could have logged in with it? If the user is no longer there then it would be best to disable or delete their account. Do you see an entry for the user logged in the audit log(enterprise feature) under Admin > System Information > Audit Log ?

Yes, user's account is still active in Nagios but we can't see her details in audit log for that particular day. PFA the screenshot for same.
We have one more concern that how servers suddenly has changed to scheduled down time from maintenance mode which we have mentioned early. Because of this we are getting 82% uptime instead of 100%. Could you please explain how this can be possible.

@raamardhani7, Perhaps you have an external command or script that still uses the "Kimee Kaushal" user credentials/API key? So the user never signed in but someone ran the script with the old credentials?
Could you also send me your system profile?
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and send it to me in a personal message.

@raamardhani7, I didn't see anything outstanding in the profile. You can disable the non existing user from the Manage users menu.
Also, please run the following command to check MySQL in case there were any corrupted tables or stuck entries from the past.
mysqlcheck -r -f -uroot -pnagiosxi --all-databases --use_frm

We will go through the steps you have mentioned above, but our main concern(if you see in our first post) is that how the servers state gets automatically shifted from Maintenance Mode to Scheduled Down Time.Last month it was showing 100% uptime, two weeks back it was 84%,now if we check then its showing 91% uptime ,but it should be 100%.This is impacting our report that we share with our client, please consider it as high priority. It would be nice if we can schedule a call,if possible then provide us the details accordingly.

@raamardhani7, I'm not quite sure what you mean by the maintenance mode and what is the difference between that and a regular downtime? Could you clarify that for me? Also, if a user scheduled downtime while the host was already in the downtime, I don't see how that would cause problems.
On the XI Home page please click on the Scheduled Downtime menu in the left column, take a screenshot of the whole page and upload it in this thread.
