Reporting isn't working

Hi Team,

All of a sudden, reporting functionally from our Nagios XI has stopped working. Can you guide us on how to restore it?

Let me know what all information you need from us to get started with investigation

What errors are you getting? What step is it failing on emailing them or generating them in the interface? Please include screenshots of the issue if you can.

Please PM me a copy of your profile, you can download it from Admin > System Profile > Download Profile.

Please run this tail command (and leave it running):

tail -F /var/log/httpd/error_log /var/log/httpd/ssl_error_log
Then force the report to be generated and send us the full output of the tail command above, please include any errors that you see on the screen as well.
