Bit of a long shot but are any of the SMS mobile carriers in the UK providing free SMSs that I can use on NagiosXI?

Or is there a way of integrating my O2 (or other network) account into NagiosXI?

Failing that, has anyone used a UK mobile carrier (paid) at all and can vouch for them?

Once you get the info for your carrier you can add them to
Admin -> Manage Mobile Carriers

Twilio supports the UK and has a free tier:
