I expose my problem:

My Nagios XI sends double notifications, one showing the alert, for example:

PROBLEM Service Alert - xxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/Load is CRITICAL

***** Nagios XI Alert (1) *****

Nagios has detected a problem with this service.

Notification Type: PROBLEM

Service: Load
Host: xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx
Address: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
State: CRITICAL
Info:
CRITICAL - load average: 10.62, 11.13, 12.50
Date / Time: 2019-02-05 13:47:02

And the other one showing only one UP:

PROBLEM Host Alert - xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxxx is UP

Nagios has detected a problem with this host.

My problem is that I receive about 200 email alerts plus 200 emails UP.

Also, I have configured to send alerts by SMS and only UP notifications are coming to me which I do not need, I have to get only critical alerts.

Please, help me, I have reviewed other cases in the forum but none has helped me solve it.

@fraguillen, This usually happens if you have too many or incorrect notification commands. Please open the notification contact in XI, go to the Alert Settings tab and let me know which commands are assigned under "Manage Host Notification Commands" and under "Manage Service Notification Commands"?
