Hi,

Would like to seek your assistance on check_dhcp_snmp plugin.

Code: Select all

[root@localhost ~]# /usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_dhcp_snmp.pl -H 10.162.x.x -C snmp_community -w 20 -c 10
DHCP_SNMP UNKNOWN - Failed to retrieve results from primary (10.162.x.x), and no backup server defined
Is there anything else need to be configured at the dhcp server side?

Any suggestion would be very much appreciated.

Thank you very much.

Dear Customer Support,

I managed to resolved the issue. However, upon checking on the services, the status information gave me this (No output returned from plugin)
but when I click the services, and in the overview tab, it gave me this status:

Code: Select all

(No output returned from plugin)

DHCP_SNMP OK - All scopes fine
I have the same experience in this plugin.

Code: Select all

$ /usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_flexlm.plx -p 1717 -H $HOSTNAME$
FLEXlm OK: Server is up. All Modules/Features Available.
but when I check the service status, it says (No output returned from plugin).

For your kind advise, please.

Hope to receive feedback from you guys.

Thank you very much.

Hi,

Is there anyone here in the Customer Support? I think it is better to post a thread in the General Support than here, no one is answering my query .

Can you show the current output when you run

Code: Select all

usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_dhcp_snmp.pl -H 10.162.x.x -C snmp_community -w 20 -c 10
Include any white space after running the plugin
