Dear Expert

our team is fully realize / depend on HOME Operations Center option/feature of NagiosXI (monitoring 24x7)

in our working environment, HOST DOWN is very less, our team is very proactive if there is HOST DOWN alert, but Service Alerts get ignored as there are many service alerts, we want some selected CRITICAL SERVICE (service down) want to display

at TOP of Host Alerts
or
as Host Alerts
or
remain top of the Service Down Alerts (do not go down with time as new alerts coming up)

how possible?

Changing the order and getting it to display what you want isn't really possible on the front end but a possible work around would be to create a service group for the services you're interested in monitoring and then use the filters on the OC screen to display this group. Once you've done that you can add this to a view and also add a view that shows host status. Under the Views section of the interface is an option to rotate between views which you can set to automatically rotate between the two views.
