What are you seeing in this log file?
Code: Select all
/usr/local/nagiosfusion/var/log/poll_subsys.log
Re: Fuse 4.1.7 to NagXI 5.5.10
Did you wait long enough? I believe the default "Global Authentication Interval" value is set to 300 seconds (5 min).
You could temporarily change it to let's say 10 sec to see if the red dots would disappear.
Admin > System Configuration > System Settings > Data & Polling
You will probably need to enable logging (at least temporarily) while troubleshooting the issue. Go to:
Admin > System Configuration > System Settings > General, select "Debug" from the "Log Level" drop-down menu, and click on "Update Settings". Give it some time, then check the logs:
Admin > System Information > Fusion Logs
