Is Nagios Log Server Sustainablility

I have my teams my team working in different countries. Although I do keep a detailed tracking of my employees but it's getting harder and harder for me to keep a track on my team as my team grows in number. So, that's why I am looking for a more centralized form of log Server. So, is Nagios Log Server alone will be able to provide me the support that I am looking for or should I go with some other hosting service provider like managed Linode Cloud hosting which is provided by Cloudways or some other relevant Nagios Log Server.
