has anyone any experience in monitoring Dahua cameras through SNMP protocol?

Hello, @Geo. I haven't. But if you have the manufacturers manual that lists the oids and know how to enable SNMP reporting on the camera, then you could use the check_snmp plugin to query SNMP info based on the OID numbers.
