Unable to set Multi-Tenancy-Within-Nagios

Hi Team ,
We are using NagiosXI version 5.5.9, We are facing issues with setting multi-tenancy concept in our Nagiosxi.
We have nearly 250 hosts in our server , we wants to segregate this hosts based on the user level.
we already created a two users as per the multi-tenacy document from nagiosxi, this two users are working fine. we are trying to create a users same as above, but it is not working as expected. The new users are having the same privilege as like my last created user.
Our requirement is, Need to create a user and this user should have only limited servers access and this user should get only this servers email notification.
Kindly provide some solution for this .
Note: we are working on Asia timezone(IST) , kindly provide a representative based on this timezone that will be helpful for us.

In our nagios server asicsmon and hostmon users are working expected. asicsmon is having only 4 hosts and hostmon is having 110 hosts under this users.
Also this users should receive a mail alerts only based on concerned hosts.
Likewise we need to segregate the few more users , but we are unable to setup . Kindly advise us, How to proceed further.

You forgot to post the name of the contact that is not getting the correct Hosts and Services set to it.
What are the steps you are taking to create the new users?
Are you receiving any errors when you create them?

Hi Team,
Contact name : hostmon and asicsmon
above contacts are working as expected, this two users are normal users(non-admin).
steps to create the new users:
Admin -> Users -> Manage User -> Add New User
this steps we following to create a new user , hostmon and asicsmon user is also created in a same way.
No , we don't get any error messages while creating a user.
Kindly give us some solution to fix this issue .

After you create the new users, are you adding the new users to the same Contact group as the hostmon and asicsmon users?
If so, the Multi-Tenancy settings are also using the Grout to grant access to the same host and services.
Make sure you do not add them to the same Contact group but set the new users to only the hosts you want.

Hi ,
We have only two contact groups , both are having only one user.
We are not adding the user in to the same host groups.
please, share us some solutions to this.

Without knowing each and every setting you are using to create the new user, it is very difficult to help troubleshoot this issue.
When you create the user, what are the Security Settings that you are using?

Above are the users which is working expected , we tried with same as hostmon user named itadmin. Still we are unable to set the limited servers to the server.

I just want to verify that the user called itadmin has access to too many hosts on the server, it that correct?
If the itadmin contact has access to to many Host and Services, it is because that contact is in the Contactgroup called HostMon.
The HostMon Contactgroup is included in a lot of Hosts on the server and that is where that account is getting access to all of the Hosts and Services.
If you want to only give the itadmin contact limited access to a smaller amount of Hosts and Services, you will have to remove the contact from the HostMon Contactgroup.
Then go back and assign it to only the Hosts you want that account to access.
If this is not correct, can you show me a screen shot of the issue that you are seeing?
