We are not receiving Recovery mail after warning

Hi Team ,

We are facing a issue with receiving a recovery mail.

We are receiving alerts when we our service is reaching the warning threshold, but after fixing that issue state is changing to OK on nagios front end, but its not sending the recovery mail to concerned contacts.

It very urgent to fix , Kindly give us some solution to this as soon as possible.

Hi @CentricIT,

If you are receiving alerts then notifications are working properly and this is most likely an issue with the configuration settings.

Have you checked your service/host definitions or templates to verify that they are set to send notifications on recoveries? This can be done in the CCM. Go to Configure > CCM > Monitoring > Host or Service and select view configs under actions.

If you cannot resolve it, please PM your system profile for us to review and the exact name of the host or service in question.

To Send Over a System ProfileTo send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
