TOP 10 Memory or Swap Metrics dashlet not working

TOP 10 memory and swap not working showing no data, i can view memory and swap collected for individual servers graphs.

1. Linux Distribution and version?
Cetnos Nagios xi appliance
2. 32 or 64bit?
65bit
3. VMware Image or Manual Install of XI?
vmware image
4. Are there special configurations on your system, ie; is Gnome installed? Are you using a proxy? Are you using SSL?
no addtional installed.
5. **If you are encountering multiple issues that may not be related, start a thread for each issue
only this issue
