Hello,

I've created a nice report in Nagios XI. Now I'd like to make it available to other users.

Is that possible?

If it is I'm not seeing how to do it.

If it is not, I'd like to request this as a feature. How would I go about doing that?

Go to Reports > Report Management > Scheduled Reports, click on the "Copy report" action button next to your scheduled report, select a user you would like to copy the report to, and click on "Copy".

To be clear - the report has to be scheduled in order to 'copy' it to other users?

What I'd had so far was just a report with the search settings saved and my intent was to just let users run it ad-hoc.
Is there a way to achieve that? Or must the report be scheduled in order to share it?

Is it possible to publish a report so it's viewable to other Nagios uses in the webui, perhaps via a dashboard?

Different users would have a different permissions, and the results (they see in the report) would be different. There is no way to "publish" a report, and make it viewable by many different users. You could email the report to these users if you wish. This would be another way of "sharing" the report.
