Nagios Curl Call Issue

I have an issue in disabling few host with curl call.

Its working for some machine but not for some machines.

Error:

<P><DIV CLASS='errorMessage'>Sorry, but you are not authorized to commit the specified command.</DIV></P>

Note I am using the correct curl call with hostname in small letter.
It works for few machine with the same URL but for few machines not working.

What will be the issue?

Any suggestion will be helpful.

Is the host configured with small letters? Nagios is case sensitive so it must match exactly
