I read an information about Windows 2012 and WIndows 2016 and SNMP

The SNMP service will be deprecated from windows 2016 version

Does it true ?
What will be substitute the check snmp based like check_snmp_winmem or check_snmp_wincpu ?

I'm not sure where you heard that but we have Windows 2012 and 2016 servers in-house with SNMP on them
