my service check time is
"Last Check Time: 18-03-2012 23:08:51
Next Scheduled Active Check: 18-03-2012 23:13:51"

now ,i want to change it so that i must not to wait for 5 minutes to get the outcome,how can i do?

Edit the configuration for that particular service or service template and change the 'check_interval' to a lower number... the config template will probably be in templates.cfg under /usr/local/nagios/etc/objects/
