Enable Incoming Email Processing
Navigate to Core Config Manager -> System Config -> Email Settings -> Inbound Tab

The setup from here is very straight forward. Enter the needed information for your mail server, connection type and account credentials. Test the connection, once successful, check the enable box, and click the update button at the bottom of the page.

After configured and enabled a quick read through the https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf is all it takes to start taking advantage.

Is there a question here?

This feature has been requested, discussed, asked about for a long time.
The docs do not tell you how to enable just that the feature was added to 5.6.0.

I just thought I'd share.
