Hello. I have tried to run the automatic upgrade from the UI and it is stuck with the message Update in progress. Please wait. Update may take a few minutes.

Here is the version info:

minor=5.1

Any suggestions on how to complete the upgrade?

Hi @fodorm,

Occasionally, depending on the system, the web update can get stuck. This is known issue that we are working to resolve. Try to close the page, and then run the upgrade from the command line:

wget -O upgrade.sh https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagiosxi/upgrade.sh
sh ./upgrade.sh
