Hi
Mapped link bandwidth to dashlet and shown on home page . When the url on the dashlet is clicked it is showing object not found .
Please find the screen shot attached

I have 2 Question .
1. Why this error and how can i resolve it
2. Is it possible if I click the dashlet URL it show take me to performance graph of that service in bigger screen
3. It is possible to customize the drop down of time to one hour , instead of minimum 4 hours for any performance graph . if yes how .

What link are you are you clicking on exactly? Can you highlight it in the screenshots?

I am clicking on the written content of the dashlet , for e.g
10.91.95.21-GigabitEthernet0/0/1 Vodafone To Joka Bandwidth

Did you do any special modifications to make this clickable? This text isn't clickable in graphs that I've set up. What URL does the link point to?

No we have not made any modification to make it clickable .

The attached screen shot will make it clear . We are not able to see the background URL .

Thanks for clarifying. What version of XI is this? I've not been able to reproduce this and wonder if it was a bug previously.

Point your browser to the graph and then on the XI command line run:

tail -f /var/log/httpd/*_log

Let this run and then click the link and stop the tail with CTRL+C. Please provide us with whatever was captured on the command line.

I am using Nagios XI 5.5.11

A fix is available in 5.6.0 to address this message. From the changelog:

- Fixed Object Does Not Exist message on large systems when ndoutils database is loading with new adjustable performance setting [TPS#14108] -JO

Upgrade the system and let us know if the issue persists.
