We created ticket # 174896 using the nagios tkting system but havent gotten a response yet.
Guys over the weekend we experienced one doozy of a baffling issue.
namely our Systems weren't processing checks or clearing checks. Huge backup in recurring downtime. System kept trying to reschedule downtime outside of downtime window. We have rebooted both servers a number of times. At first there were no improvements. Then on Sunday they started working. Our concern is not knowing what caused it and we are at a critical time and cannot afford to be without monitoring.
We are VERY concerned that this may happen again and need to have one of you guys schedule a gotometting session so that we can find out what happened and how to prevent it form happening again.
THANKS!
