Nagios Sending emails to only one account

Hi All,
Nagios is sending emails to only one account [email protected] from [email protected]. I have checked all my custom scripts but there is nothing found in it.
it is sending emails in every second, so i am getting a lot traffic on my mail server, for now i have changed my relay host & stopped emails.Can you please help in that?
logs are mentioned below.
May 23 11:00:11 NagiosXI postfix/error[4281]: 694081A14E6: to=<[email protected]>, relay=none, delay=2256, delays=2256/0.05/0/0, dsn=4.3.5, status=deferred (delivery temporarily suspended: mail for 127.0.0.1 loops back to myself)
