Not sure if this the correct forum to request this, but is there any plan to add Spectrum Mobile as a valid cell phone carrier? I have multiple contacts looking to switch cell phone carriers.

Hi Bruce,

You should be able to add Spectrum Mobile to the list Mobile Carriers for Nagios XI. Go to Admin > System Config > Mobile Carriers. You'll need the Email-To-Text-Address Format for Spectrum Mobile ( you may have to contact the carrier for this).

Let me know if you have any questions.

If Spectrum Mobile is still riding on top of Verizon, then the syntax would be [number]@vtext.com

Test by using your normal email to send. If they get the test, then use Verizon.
