We're getting far enough along in development of our new Core Config Manager, we're looking to get some field tests from some users. The new CCM installs through the Admin->Manage Components menu, and it can be used alongside the existing CCM.

Key Features:

• The ability to test host and service checks directly from the web interface
  Plugin documentation can be viewed from the web interface
  Search filters built into every page
  Improved pagination
  Group relationships can be see from both group->object and object->group directions.
  Improved user feedback from the database and it’s relationships
  Static config files can now be edited from the web interface
  Bulk modifications can be made for individual host/service configs
