Please note, XXX denotes the redacted name of the affected server, YYY denotes other servers. I hope this isn't too confusing, I'd rather keep my company's server names a secret.

Are you sure XXX is the same host you displayed here

The service names don't match the list you showed with the permissions output.

I took a good look at the performance data directories and renamed the affected server's directory to reflect its current name (seems like it didn't change after the host was renamed in XI). This started up graph generation, fixing the issue. Thank you for your support @scottwilkerson, I wouldn't be able to fix this without your tips.
