5.6.2 upgrade fails

We are currently running 5.6.1. When 5.6.2-1 became available, we upgraded and received many false alerts about out of bounds errors on clients. We downgraded to 5.6.1 and rebooted, the system stabilized and resumed client communication.
When 5.6.2-2 became available, we tried again, with the same result. We downgraded to 5.6.1 and normal operations returned.
Is there some problem with 5.6.2? This is two versions we tried and the same result. If you need specific logs, please stipulate. The Nagios server is in a dark environment and log extraction is tedious.

...we upgraded and received many false alerts about out of bounds errors on clients...
Can you show an actual check run from the command line, along with the output of it? In addition to this, you can also include screenshots, showing the errors that you see in the web UI. Thank you!

The clients are ncpa. What would you like run?

UPDATE: After re-reading your post, I realized that performing any of these actions is pointless as we already reverted to 5.6.1 and are unwilling to put the system back into an unstable state by upgrading again.

We can provide logs, but probably nothing else.

We have numerous test machines in-house with NCPA checks on them, that were upgraded to 5.6.2, but haven't experienced such issues. I haven't heard of any other users, reporting this type of problem. Also, it's impossible to troubleshoot a system after the fact (after it's been reverted). We could review the NCPA logs from the client machines, and hopefully find some clues there.

We reviewed all logs from the affected time period, both client and server, and found nothing interesting. We will stop upgrade attempts and review our options. Thanks for your help.
