Hello all.

Our standby Nagios XI instance's self-service "Forgot Your Password" is not workingi correctly. I click on the "Forgot Your Password" link, enter my user ID, and receive the email. When I click on the emailed link, it opens my default browser (which is currently MS Edge... I know... new laptop...) and brings up a blank page where the refresh button rapidly flashes between the X and the refresh circle icon. I leave it and the button just continues to flash.

When I copy/paste the URL from the email and put it into my Firefox browser, I receive the following message:

Not Found

The requested URL /nagiso/xi/login.php was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS) Server at 168.125.36.55 Port 443

Any help would be appreciated.

Following up, I was emailing a copy of this ticket to a colleague and my Outlook spellcheck picked up on the URL having a misspelling in it!

The URL needs to be corrected from "... nagiso/xi/login.php" to "...nagiosxi/login.php".

Are you saying your Outlook corrected it to the wrong URL?

I just searched the code base in all of Nagios XI and that URL doesn't appear anywhere

Also, what is listed in Admin -> System Settings for the URL's?

If it is wrong here it would send the wrong links

Well this is embarassing. There's a typo in my URL. You can close this ticket. Thank you for your support.
