How to see 1 month older syslog on GUI?

Hello Dear All,
I am trying to see 6 months older syslog of a device in GUI. But when I query, I am able to see them up to 1 month ago.
Is there any way or trick to see older logs in GUI?

How long are you keeping indexes open? You can only view/query items in open indexes.
Admin -> Snapshots & Maintenance
What are in these 2 fields
Code: Select all
Close indexes older than
Delete indexes older than

It is 30 and 0. But I made 0 both of them. Still it does not work.

Ok if it was set to 30 to close indexes, you will need to re-open the indexes that were already closed to query them, you can do this in
Admin -> Index Status
