Hello,

Latelly we realized that Acknowledged services are still showing up in operation center. Is this a new behavior that has been introduced in the recent updates?

I haven't been able to recreate the issue in-house. What is the version of Nagios XI and Operations Center component that you are currently using?

Have you selected the "Hide handled" filter in the Nagios Operations Center?
Does the issue happen when problem services are just acknowledged or when they have been acknowledged for a while?

Nagios XI 5.6.2 and Operations Center 1.3.0

It happens just after being scheduled. The baloon icon that indicated that has been acknowledge is shown in the Operations Center.

If you wanted the "handled" (acknowledged) issues NOT to be shown in the Operations Center, you would have to select Hide handled filter from the drop-down menu, click "OK", then click on "Filter"...

Again, we are not able to recreate the issue even in Nagios XI 5.6.2. See below:

This is service in HARD CRITICAL state, which has been acknowledged.
When I don't select any filters in the Operations Center, the service is shown (as expected):
When I select the "Hide handled" filter, click on "OK", then click on "Filter", the service disappears from the Operations Center.

Thanks lmiltchev. Apparently this option was introduced in some version and we didnt notice.
