ncpa-2.1.7 problem

When we tried, via NCPA wizard, to register a new CentOS 7 system, the wizard reported a bad token string. Logs showed the connection and failure. Manual check worked fine. Downgrading to ncpa-2.1.6 resolved the issue. We may try updating ncpa later to see if it is just a registration problem.

First, update the NCPA wizard on the XI server as there was an update recently to the wizard that could fix the issue.
Login to the XI GUI and go to the Admin > Manage Config Wizards menu and check for updates.
Install the latest wizard and test it to see if it fixed the issue.

This server is in a dark environment and cannot communicate with outside. All updates are done through a Foreman/Katello instance.
The presently installed version is 1.5.3.

What version of Nagios XI are you running?
I attached an update wizard that should work on XI 5.x.x servers that you can use to upgrade the wizard.
Go to the Admin > Manage Config Wizards menu, browse to the zip file and upload it to the server.

We are running 5.6.1 due to a problem described in another post regarding 5.6.2 and 5.6.3 failing on upgrade.
We will try this patch and report results.

Sorry for the delay. The update did the trick and the NCPA wizard now functions as expected. Thanks.
