How to understand the snmp mib file

Hi Team,

I have small doubt on snmp mib file.
Once we got the snmp mib file, We upload in nagios.
Once we upload the mib file it will convert into txt file.

If we want to monitor particular service, How to identifies the OID in txt. What are rules and process we have to identify the OID.
For Ex: If we want to monitor the Fan/voltage in network device how to identify the fan/voltage OID, Can someone give one example.

Trying to read the OID right out of the mib files is going to be extremely complicates and not something we can teach on this forum, it would be better/easier to find the OID in searching from the vendor, or from a site like the following:
