Hello,
@xpertech. Please sign in to the XI as an admin user, click on the Advanced tab and show me the output:
Untitled.png
Next, make sure that npcd is running by running this command in the command line:
service npcd status
Also, please upload this log file:
/usr/local/nagios/var/npcd.log
And lastly, navigate to:
Code: Select all
cd /usr/local/nagios/share/perfdata/jptkolearnap01p/
And upload _HOST_.rrd and _HOST_.xml files in this thread.

@xpertech, The graph stopped populating on the 20th of May.
Please follow this article to increase the load_threshold to 60 and the timeout to 40.
Then run: service npcd restart to apply the settings.
https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.php?id=9
If after 15 minutes the graph won't start working, move the rrrd and xml files to a backup location, like /tmp/
jptkolearnap01p_HOST_.rrd
jptkolearnap01p_HOST_.xml
Wait 15 minutes to allow Nagios to recreate new RRD and XML files and see if the graph starts populating.
