No alert from Nagios2 to TSOM

We found Nagios 2 having an issue where alert not forwarded to TSOM. Have done initial checking and found no abnormalities there.
Below is checking which have being done, yet still issues not resolved. We need your help to advise further on this. Thank you.

1. Checking all the utilization of FS – DONE : OK
2. Restart all Nagios services - DONE
3. Reconfigure Nagios - DONE
4. Rebooted Nagios Server – DONE
5. Compare msend log with other Nagios server - Nagios2 last updated was 26th July

I have a few more questions regarding the notification issue you are experiencing.

1. What is TSOM? Is this the contact expecting the notification?

2. What is the exact name of the host or service that you should of received the notification for? Please upload a state history report for this host or service. Go to Reports > State History and limit the report to the host or service and the time period during which the notification should of been received.

3. Please upload a notification report for the time period during which the notification should of been received. Go to Home > Incident Management > Notification Report

4. Please PM your system profile.

To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and share in a private message or upload it to the post/ticket.
