I would like to seek your assistance in resolving the double email notification for every alert in Nagios. Please find attached config file.

Please note, it has been verified that only single process (daemon) is running.

Hi Mark,

Can you post a screen shot of the notifications log? In the Nagios Core interface go to Reports > Notifications and Select All Service Notifications from drop-down menu.

Have checked the logs on the SMTP mail relay as it might be sending duplicates?

You are using another email program that I'm not too familiar with ( SendEmail perl script), can you upload the log file from this program to the post along with the Nagios log ( /usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log ).

Issue already resolved, no problem on the nagios config. Vendor sorted out the issue on their program software.
