Simultaneous data entry

Can the nagios SQL can manage simultaneous updates (more than one person entering data into it at the same time)?

This would depend on what was being entered. As far as adding comments, etc, sure not a problem. However, if 2 administrators were changing things for which there can only be one value, for example both were changing the "Program URL:", the last update will win.

i was thinking along the lines of one nagios install, admin'd by 5 admins each in a different site.
one is adding devices manually, the other is removing some, one is running the auto discovery wizard, another is running reports, and the last is creating new hostgroups and service groups and adding devices to them.

good now I can trick my boss into entering data. nothing like the ole 'it's for training' to get em going. =D
