Is there a proper way to make updates in Offline Environments?
Every Time I try to update NagiosXI I have severe Problems with online packages that are not available in our Environment.
This is really really annoing!

Cant you just provide update procedures with all sources included?

The process for upgrading is the same as the installation procedure. The system must have local access to base repositories. These are outlined in the offline installation instructions.

If you are still getting errors, please post the upgrade log (/usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp/upgrade.log) for us to review.
