How to set an Alert for "No data received yet" services

Hi,

We have configured the few services using, passive check.

But if the cron is not running on remote node, then Server (UI) will display No data received yet in OK state.

But we need to trigger (we have to change the state to Critical) an alert for "No data received yet" also.

Could you please help, how we can achieve this.

PFA for passive services with OK state.

Could you please help, how we can achieve this.
You can use freshness checking to handle this type of case. With freshness checking Nagios XI will take action if it hasn't heard from the host or service in a set amount of time and submit a check result (usually critical).
