Is is possible to limit total number of notifications of all checks on failure server.
It will save us the sms bills and time to delete messages.

Here is a similar request a while ago, other than that I could not find any other relevant information.

You can most likely accomplish what you need to by defining a "dummy escalated contact," by doing this the first or primary contact designated will receive [x] number of notifications and the dummy will receive the remaining notifications sent.
